End of Year Concert 2022

Kia ora rā!

Next Saturday 10th of December, we will be running our annual End of Year Concert in the Hall at Miramar North School. To give everyone a chance to perform, we have created x2 concerts; Concert 1 and Concert 2.

  • If your child is involved in Concert 1, they will need to arrive at 9am for Tune/Warm Up.

  • If your child is involved in Concert 2, they will need to arrive at 11am for Tune/Warm Up.

You are most welcome to stay for both concerts and invite family and friends. Note: there will be no lessons next Saturday, only the performances.

Important Information for Keyboard Students

Because we have so many keyboard students, we have decided to begin Concert 2 with the keyboards in their usual classrooms. This section has been split in two performance halves. These performance halves will run simultaneously, next door to one another starting at 11:30am. We expect this section of the concert to run for approximately 30 minutes.

  • Hector's students will gather in Room 4 with parents/friends and anyone else who would like to listen.

  • Kodi and Andrea's students will gather in Room 5 with parents/friends and anyone else who would like to listen.

Once the keyboard students have finished, we will regather in the Hall (around 12pm) to continue with the rest of the programme.

If you're unsure which items your child will be involved with, please speak with the tutor this Saturday or contact me. I will be MC-ing the concert on the day with the support from our tutors and staff. We're so looking forward to the concert and seeing our students perform!
