Welcome to 2022!

Kia ora koutou,

Happy New Year from the team at the Wellington Music Centre! We hope you’ve all had a peaceful summer and look forward to seeing you next month for another year of music making.

Bethany Angus is joining us this year as our new Music Director and is looking forward to supporting the next generation of Wellington musicians. She performs regularly around Wellington on cello, piano and harpsichord in chamber ensembles and orchestras. She has also worked in administration at Chamber Music New Zealand and the NZ Symphony Orchestra.

2022 Enrolments Enrolments are well underway for 2022 but we still have many spaces available. If you have not done so already, please enrol by Monday 24th January so that we can manage our classes and tutors and to ensure you get a space in your preferred class time. We will be holding an open day on Saturday 12th of February where you can arrange instrument hire for the year, meet your tutor and familiarise yourself with the school. Please note that: Enrolments are made through our website or through our mobile app on Spaces by Wix where you can also make online payments for yearly tuition and instrument hire. If you need to connect to our mobile app you can find more in our FAQs under "how to connect the WMC mobile app" - the invite code is B2KPN4 Steps to enrol and confirm your children's classes
